ok stay, but needs serious cleanliness updates
The beds were reasonably comfortable for a budget stay. The staff seemed friendly during check-in and check-out. There is potential with the quiet atmosphere, ideal for resting at night.
Everything was dirty, which was quite disappointing.

Convenient location with a comfortable stay
I had a pretty good experience during my stay. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Pismo Beach and close to nice restaurants. The room was clean, and having the option to bring my dog was a huge plus, especially since they didn’t charge extra for it! However, I would have preferred the floors to be cleaned better as they turned my feet black.

We checked out the Pismo Beach Pier and Pismo State Beach, both were amazing for fun in the sun. Close proximity to great places made our stay hassle-free. A solid spot for groups looking for adventure without breaking the bank.
However, the rooms did show signs of neglect, like old TVs and some maintenance issues. It was a bit uncomfortable with the condition of the bathroom door not closing properly.

The location's a gem! Found some tasty bites nearby including Mongo's Saloon & Restaurant that hit the spot. The room was squeaky clean and the staff were super friendly, making family stays a breeze.
But the vibes took a hit with the worn furnishings and a bathroom door that needed some TLC.
